FNVINYL Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your FNVINYL music box. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in the original FNVINYL packaging with all parts included (music box, vinyl discs, cable and any accessories).

🎄 CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31, so your gift can be exchanged or returned after the holidays.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at contact@fnvinyl.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back using a tracked shipping service.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us at contact@fnvinyl.store with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs, and you won't need to pay to return it.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Faulty, damaged or wrong items: we cover all costs.
- Change of mind: the customer pays for return shipping.

If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund the original standard delivery cost.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

If an item is returned used, damaged or with missing parts (and wasn't faulty to begin with), we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

EXCHANGES
Want a different design or extra vinyl discs instead? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. The quickest way is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (unless faulty)

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the normal return process applies.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Customers in the UK have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty.
